摘要 设计链的知识分享可以提高研发效率,提升设计链的整体绩效。分析了影响设计链知识分享的外生变量。以计划行为理论为基础,提出设计链知识分享模型。从期望不确认理论与公平理论观点出发,分析影响满意度的关键因素,提出设计链知识持续分享模型。问卷调查的统计分析结果验证了知识分享模型的有效性。 Knowledge sharing for design chain can enhance the R&D efficiency and increase the whole performance of design chain. Exogenous variables of knowledge sharing for design chain were analyzed. Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) , knowledge sharing model for design chain was proposed. Meantime, with ideas of expectancy - disconfirmation theory (EDT) and justice theory, the sustainable knowledge sharing model was also presented. The validity of proposed models was verified by questionnaire statistical results.
