摘要
设计链的知识分享可以提高研发效率,提升设计链的整体绩效。分析了影响设计链知识分享的外生变量。以计划行为理论为基础,提出设计链知识分享模型。从期望不确认理论与公平理论观点出发,分析影响满意度的关键因素,提出设计链知识持续分享模型。问卷调查的统计分析结果验证了知识分享模型的有效性。
Knowledge sharing for design chain can enhance the R＆D efficiency and increase the whole performance of design chain. Exogenous variables of knowledge sharing for design chain were analyzed. Based on the theory of planned behavior （TPB） , knowledge sharing model for design chain was proposed. Meantime, with ideas of expectancy - disconfirmation theory （EDT） and justice theory, the sustainable knowledge sharing model was also presented. The validity of proposed models was verified by questionnaire statistical results.
