摘要
以盆栽烤烟K326为材料,研究了在有机肥和无机肥条件下,烟草腺毛形态结构发育及分泌物的差异.采用荧光电子显微镜观察腺毛发现:移栽后60 d,荧光下观察有机肥处理下腺头细胞叶绿素荧光强度较无机肥强烈.透射电镜观察发现:腺头细胞内叶绿体结构完整,类囊体基粒片层发达,其中含有大量的高电子致密度的黑色嗜锇颗粒;而无机肥处理嗜锇颗粒较小,数量较少.对不同肥料处理烟草叶面浸提物进行GC/MS分析,有机肥处理烟草腺毛主要分泌物——西柏三烯二醇的含量在各时期明显高于无机肥处理,相关性分析结果表明各时期处理间分泌物含量均呈显著性差异,表明肥料对烟草叶面腺毛的分泌活动具有显著影响.
Taking the flue-cured tobacco K326 potted as experiment materials, under the different fertilizer types ( organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer), we studied the morphology and structure development and the differences of trichome exudates of flue-cured tobacco. The observation by fluorescence microscopy indicated that the fluorescence intensity of chlorophyll was stronger in organic manure treatment after transplanted 60 days. The observation by transmission electron microscope indicated that the chloroplast structure with well developed th- ylakoid grana lamellae was intact in trichome head cells and in which there were a large amount of high electronic osmiophilic globules. In chemical fertilizer treatment, the osmiophilic globules were smaller amount and volume. GC/MS analysis on the tobacco leaf extract under different fertilizer conditions:the content of duvatriene diol of the mostly secretion of tobacco trichome, under organic fertilizer was higher than that under the chemical fertilizer. The correlation analysis showed that the exudates content was signilicant between the different treatments. It indicated that fertilizer had significant implications on secretion activities of tobacco trichomes.
