摘要
报道了超声波作用下合成二苯甲醇的方法.即以二苯甲酮为原料,锌粉-氢氧化钠为还原剂、乙醇为溶剂,超声波条件下合成二苯甲醇.同时对影响收率诸因素进行考察,确定了最佳反应条件:n(二苯甲酮)∶n(锌粉)=1∶3(摩尔比),超声波功率为500 W,辐射时间为20 m in时,收率可达90.2%.
The synthesis of diphenylmethanol under ultrasonic wave irradiation was studied. Using Zn-sodium hydroxide as reducing agent and ethanol as solvent, diphenylmethanol was synthesized from diphenyl ketone. The suitable reaction conditions were as follows: 1.83 g (10.0 mmol) diphenyl ketone, 1.97 g(30.0 retool) Zn,1.97 g (49.3 retool)sodium hydroxide,20 mL 95% ethanol,reaction time is 20 min. The yield of diphenylmethanol was up to 90.2%. This method possessed a series advantages, such as high yield, and shorted experimental time.
