宣肺布津颗粒治疗原发性干燥综合征38例临床研究

Clinical Study on 38 Cases of Primary Sjogren's Syndrome Patients Treated with Xuanfei Bujin Particles

目的观察宣肺布津颗粒治疗原发性干燥综合征(PSS)的临床疗效及其对症状积分、血沉、免疫球蛋白以及血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子(sICAM-1)、白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)等的影响。方法选择PSS患者58例,随机分为以中药宣肺布津颗粒为主的中药治疗组38例和单纯西药治疗的对照组20例,观察2组症状积分、临床疗效、眼科检查、sICAM-1、sIL-2R、血沉、免疫球蛋白等的变化情况。结果宣肺布津颗粒治疗PSS的总有效率为84.21%,明显优于对照组,能明显降低口干、眼干等主要症状积分,在改善眼科检查结果、sICAM-1等方面治疗组明显优于对照组。结论宣肺布津颗粒治疗PSS安全有效,且有一定的免疫调节作用。

Objective To observe clinical efficiency of Xuanfei Bujin particles in the treatment of primary Sjogren＇s syndrome （PSS） and its impact on symptom score, ESR, immunoglobulin, as well as soluble intercellular adhesion molecule （sICAM-1）. Methods Fifty eight cases of PSS patients were randomly divided into 38 cases of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and 20 cases of western medicine treatment group. The symptom score, clinical efficiency, ophthalmic examination, sICAM-1, sIL-2R, ESR, immunoglobulin and other changes were observed. Results Total effective rate of Xuanfei Bujin particles treatment group was 84.21%, better than the control group. Xuanfei Bujin particles can significantly reduce dry mouth, dry eyes, and other symptoms of the main points, and improve the inspection of ophthalmology, sICAM-1. Conclusion Xuanfei Bujin particles is safe and efficient, and has certain degree in immune regulation.
