摘要
介绍了ＩＧＢＴ过流的特点和过流保护的特殊问题，给出了过流保护的方法和综合保护的方案，并进行了试验。
This paper introduces the methods of overcurrent protection for IGBT devices:reducing gate driver voltage、 reducing gate driver voltage slowling and tunning off the device slowling as the IGBT goes into overcurrent. A new overcurrent protection method is described and experiment is carried out to verify its reiability. Some anti-interfere methodsin overcurrent protection are discussed.
