摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法建立洋金花药材的指纹图谱。方法以ZorbarxC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,0.07mol/L磷酸钠溶液(用磷酸调pH6.0,含17.5mmol十二烷基硫酸钠)-乙腈(2∶1)为流动相,流速0.8mL/min,检测波长216nm。结果本方法重复性及精密度良好;聚类分析结果显示,南洋金花与北洋金花化学成分有明显差异。结论本法可有效控制洋金花药材的质量。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint analysis method for the quality control of Flos Daturae. Methods Column: Zorbax C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); Mobile phase: 0.07 mol/L NaPO4 (adjust pH to 6.0 with phosphatic acid, including 17.5 mmol Soldium dodecyi Sulphate)-Acetotrile (2 : 1). Flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and detection wave length was 216 nm. Results The repetition and precision of the method was good. There was obvious difference between South and North Hos Daturae based on the results of cluster and similarity analysis. Conclusion The method can control the quality of Flos Daturae effectively.
