冠状动脉结扎的病理模型的高频心电研究 被引量:1

摘要 在三年时间内用狗的心脏作动物模型实验,研究了宽带心电图的特点,研究了近20条正常狗在宽带心电图上的高频细节:切迹(notch)和转折(slur),并对4条狗进行冠状动脉结扎的慢性病理模型实验,研究心肌急性缺血后宽带心电图的特点,发现宽带心电图能敏感地反映心肌的病理性改变,宽带心电图上的切迹经过特征提取后能够明显地区别正常的病变情况(p<0.01).本文研究后认为,传统上只对切迹和转折进行计数的方法并不合适,而且转折不宜用作病理指标. We have been studying an animal model experiment work on the characters and high frequency components,notch and slur of the wide band electrocardiogram with more than 20 healthy dogs' hearts during the recent three years.And the pathological model experiment with coronary arterial ligature were used for studying the wide band ECGs characters after acute myocardial ischemia by 4 dogs in which the myocardial pathological changes can sensitively be obeserved with wide band ECGs and the notches on them can obviously be distingushed between mormal and pthological cases(P<0.01) after pattern extraction and recognition.The Prelininary experiment work pointed that the notches and slurs only counted the numbers is not natural and slur can not be used as a pathological index.We have thought that the idosyncratic change of high frequency components of wide band ECGs with light pathological case may be caused by the block of local excitable conduction because of a small plot of the myocardial pathological change.
