摘要
本文首次开展了微束等离子弧的表面改性研究.采用2A、3A和4A微束等离子弧,对Fe-Cr-C-Si-B自熔合金喷焊层进行了表面扫描重熔,观察、分析了试样显微组织和成分分布,测定了扫描前后试样在1NH2SO4溶液中的极化曲线.由于试样的自淬火作用,微束等离子弧扫描细化了组织,减小了显微偏析。
Surface modification using micro-beam plasma-arc was conducted for the first time in the study. With 2A,3A and 4A plasma-arc,the Fe Cr C Si B overlay was scanned by the multi-pass method. The microstructure was observed using SEM, and the distribution of alloy elements was analysed using EDAX.The polarization curves both with and without scanning were in 1N H 2SO 4 solution.It was found that after micro-beam plasma-arc scanning, the microstructure was refined and microsegregation was eliminated. As a result, the corrosion resistance was significantly improved.
