摘要 在分析研究唐家山堰塞坝地形地质条件、物质组成、通口河段水文条件的基础上,针对堰塞坝特点及各种溃决可能,提出了三种工程处理措施方案,并根据现场施工情况及水文特性及时进行动态调整,从而满足了现场施工及利用水力特性溯源冲刷泄流的要求,实现了有效控制泄流过程及减少对下游影响的目的,成功解除了唐家山堰塞湖对下游人民生命财产的严重威胁。对泄流后的唐家山综合治理进行了进一步的专题研究,提出了综合治理的设想、技术路线。 Three engineering treatment measures have been proposed through the detailed studies of the topographical, geological, physical materials and hydrological conditions of the dam body of Tangjiashan Barrier Lake, focusing mainly on the natural conditions, characteristics and dam failure possibilities. Those proposals have been adjusted and optimized by analyzing the in-situ construction and hydrological conditions. The proposals can meet the requirements of construction and flood releasing to a satisfactory extent, and completely defused the great threat to the downstream area. In this paper, specific technical studies have been provided for further treatment and development of Tangjiashan Barrier Lake after flood released.
