笼状β-碳苷酮衍生物的NMR研究及结构确证 被引量:1

Structural Determination of Caged Derivatives of β-C-Glycopyranosidic Ketones by NMR Spectroscopy

摘要 以β-碳苷酮为原料合成了4个新的β-碳苷酮的笼状缩酮衍生物,采用1H NMR、13CNMR、DEPT及二维谱1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC和高分辨质谱(HRMS)对其结构进行了研究和确证,并对它们的1H、13C NMR全谱给予了准确归属. Caged intramolecular ketals of β-C-glycosidic ketones were prepared from β-C-glycosidic ketones. The structures of these C-glycosidic derivatives were evaluated with 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy (i. e. , ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, DEPT-135, ^1H-^1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC) and high resolution mass spectra. ^1 H- and ^13C- NMR chemical shifts of these compounds were assigned.
