两种醇沉方式对杜仲水提液中氯原酸含量的影响

Effect on chlorogenic acid content abstracting from leaves of eucommia ulmoides oliv by way of once alcohol deposit and staged alcohol deposit

对一次醇沉及多次醇沉后杜仲水提液中氯原酸的含量做了对比分析．结果表明，分次醇沉比一次醇沉所得的产品纯度高；当乙醇浓度最终为９０％时，一次醇沉的损失率为１８．９％，而分次醇沉的损失率仅为６．８％．

The way of the once alcohol deposit and the staged alcohol deposit to get rid of the impurity in water liquor containing chlorogenic acid abstracting from leaves of eucommia ulmoides oliv is reported. The result of the analysis indicates that the staged alcohol deposit is purer than the once alcohol deposit, and that the loss rate of the once alcohol deposit is 18.9% and the staged alcohol deposit is only 6.8%.
