微创穿刺碎吸治疗颅内血肿58例临床分析

摘要 将117例颅内血肿患者随机分三组治疗,治疗组行脑内血肿微创穿刺碎吸治疗,对照1组行保守治疗,对照2组行血肿清除并去骨瓣减压手术治疗,三组治疗后均配合高压氧等康复治疗。结果治疗组治愈率96.55%,对照1组39.53%,对照2组75.00%,组间比较均有统计学差异(P均<0.05);治疗后1 a自理生活能力恢复治疗组好于两对照组(P<0.05)。提示与保守治疗及手术比较,微创碎吸治疗颅内血肿疗效好,患者自理生活能力恢复好。
