依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血清NSE、MDA表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、丙二醛(MDA)表达的影响。方法将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和依达拉奉组,对照组给予常规治疗,依达拉奉组在常规治疗基础上给予依达拉奉30 mg+生理盐水100 ml静滴,2次/d,连续14 d。检测治疗前后血清中NSE、MDA的变化。结果依达拉奉组治疗后血清NSE、MDA明显减少,发病72 h和治疗后7、14 d均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉可以减轻急性脑梗死患者脑细胞的损害。 Objective To study the influence of Edaravone on serum neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and malondialdehyde (MDA) level in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group of 60 cases and Edaravone group of 60 cases. The control group was treated routinely. Besides routine tharapy the Edaravone group were treated by Edaravone of 30 rag, twice a day, total of 14 day. The serum levels of NSE and MDA were investigated before and after treatment. Results The serum levels of NSE, MDA in Edaravone group were lower than that in control group (P 〈0.05) in invasion 72 hours and 7 d, 14 d after treatment. Coudusion Edaravone can reduce injury of ischemic brain cells and improve therapeutic efficacy.
