循证护理在妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者护理中的实践

Evidence-based nursing in patients with gynecology malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy

目的:探讨循证护理在妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者中的实践。方法:对临床18例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者在化疗过程中应用循征护理的方法进行护理实践。结果:使患者积极配合,避免了化疗药物不良反应造成的并发症。结论:循证护理应用于妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者可有效的减少或避免并发症,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the practice that the evidence- based nursing in the patients with gynecology malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy. Method Evidence -based nursing was carried On 18 patients of gynecology malignant tumor treated by chemotherapy. Results Evidence - based nursing got the patients＇consent, and avoided the complications resulting from the side effect of chemotherapy medicine. Conclusion Evidence -based nursing in the patients with gynecology malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy can effectively decrease or avoid the complications, and improve the patients＇life quality.
