24例先天愚型患者的社会生活能力、头部CT与脑电图观察

Observation of adaptive behavior,head CT and EEG in 24 cases with Down's syndrome

本文对24例先天愚型患者进行了社会生活能力测量、头部CT和脑电图（EEG）检查。发现先天愚型的社会生活能力均受到不同程度的损害，头部CT异常率为16．7％，EEG的异常率为54．2％，二者异常率的差别有显著性（P＜0．01）。将社会生活能力与EEG进行等级相关分析未见有相关性。

Adaptive behavior was determined, also head CT and EEG were inspected on 24 cases with Down's sydrome. The results showed that adaptive behavior was defected in different degree in all cases abnormal rates of head CT and EEG were 16. 7% and 54. 2%, respectively. Abnormal rate of EEG was significantly higher than which of head CT (P<0.01). We found no significant correlations between the degree of adaptive behavior defected and abnormalities of EEG.
