在新的政策框架下,甘肃必须立足实际,利用好国家在推进主体功能区建设中相关的产业政策,及早进行产业结构调整,正确选择和培育主导产业,积极建设生态产业,改变以"高能耗为基础、高污染为代价"的粗放发展模式为集约发展模式,实现甘肃经济的可持续发展。

With new polices imposed from the central government, Gansu Province needs to make the best of the industrial policies of central function area construction, to reshuffle its industrial structure, to pinpoint its dominant industries in ecological fields, and to turn its economy to a high-density efficient mode.
