马克思认为,"理论在一个国家的实现程度,决定于理论满足这个国家的需要程度。"思想政治教育的理论研究和学科建设对于其工作实效性和可持续发展具有重要意义。当前,思想政治教育学科建设的着眼点和根本任务是人学取向和人本理念研究、价值功能和目标体系研究、主体定位和方法创新研究、保障机制和支持体系研究、学位点建设和研究生培养研究等,努力形成有中国特色思想政治教育理论体系。

Marx believed that ＂ the realization of the Theory in a country is determined by the degree the theory satisfies the needs of the country extent. ＂Research on the theoretical study and subject construction of ideological and political education has very important meanings to its actual effectiveness and sustainable development. At present, the theoretical research of ideolog- ical and political education is focusing on human science orientation and the research of people-oriented idea, value function and target system, subject location and methods innovation, protection mechanisms and support system, and degree point building and graduate education, etc, so as to form a theoretical system of ideological and political education with Chinese characteristics.
