摘要 基于数字电源控制芯片si8250设计了有源功率因数校正电路。使用数字控制方式为电源系统提供闭环控制、系统保护和功率管驱动功能,采用电流内环与由PI调节器和数字低通滤波器组成的电压外环相结合的控制系统,实现高性能高速度的功率因数校正,与模拟控制相比具有更高的灵活性和可靠性。 Developing active power factor correction circuit based on si8250. Si8250 digital controller of the Silicon Labs company supplies closed-loop control, MOSFET drive and protection. This APFC has been realized by employing inner current loop control and outer voltage loop control with digital low -pass filter to achieve high performance. Digitally - controlled APFC has in-system programmable flexibility and higher operating precision.
