摘要 战略制定与执行的割裂是企业失败的根源之一。针对该问题,通过原因分析,从员工战略参与的视角,提出一个战略制定与执行的连续统一体模型,并对模型中组织成员的角色行为和角色变化进行描述与分析,在理论上论证了员工战略参与是解决战略制定与执行割裂问题的有效途径。 The gap of strategic formulation and execution is one of reasons to firms' unsuccessful. In order to address this problem, based on employee strategic involvement, the paper puts forward a continuum model of strategic formulation and execution. Then, through describing and analyzing organization members' role behaviors and the change of roles, the paper has theoretically demonstrated that employee strategic involvement is an effective approach to resolve the gap of strategic formulation and execution.
