摘要
目的研究赤霉素(GA3)对甘肃道地党参种子萌发的影响。方法试验设7个赤霉素质量浓度(0mg/L为清水浸种)和3个浸泡时间对党参种子进行浸种,然后将其置于培养皿中发芽,统计其发芽势和发芽率并用SPPS软件作了统计学分析。结果在所有质量浓度处理下,发芽势大小依次为6h>9h>3h,发芽势最高为62.7%,最高的处理组合是50mg/L浸泡6h;发芽率大小却为9h>6h>3h,发芽率高达82.3%,最高的处理组合是10mg/L浸泡9h。发芽势和发芽率最低的组合均为100mg/L浸泡3h。结论一定时间和质量浓度的赤霉素或清水浸种有利于提高党参种子发芽率。
Objective To study effect of GA3on germination of genuine Gansu Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf. Seeds. Methods Soaked the seeds separately in 7 different concentration levels of GA3 (0 mg/L seeds were soaked in clear water) and 3 different soaking time, water soaking time was the same as GA3, and then put the seeds into the culture dish to germinate, finally used SPPS to analyze the germination percentage and the germination trend. Results In all GA3 concentrations, the germinative trend was 6 h 〉 9 h 〉 3 h, the maximum was 62.7 % which soaked 6 hours in 50 mg/L GA3. The germinative percentage was 9 h 〉 6 h 〉 3 h, the maximum was 82.7 % which soaked 9 hours in 10 mg/L GA3. The minimum was 3 hours and all in 100 mg/L. Conclusion The results shows that the soaking time and special concentration of GA3, or clear water were benefit for the germination of genuine Gansu Codonopsis pilosula ( Franch. ) Nannf. seeds.
