The article makes the finite element analysis to the turning arm bearing of the star wheel speed reducer by the ANSYS software . In the analysis of the process, Introduce the method that meshing divided and establishment of contact, expound its affect to the finite element analysis. By verification of the analysis results, the pivoted arm bearing meets the safe bearing capacity requirement, the stress concentration exist at the interface between roller and bearing circle . The article gives a guide to the further research for the pivoted arm bearing load performance.
