摘要
运用Mintab 15过程统计分析软件对工艺过程条件的变化规律进行分析发现随着零件装配间隙增大,环境湿度的提高,清洗后零件存放时间越长,产品的真空钎焊质量就越差,产品的真空钎焊一次气密泄漏试验合格率就越低,产品焊缝泄漏数量就越多;同时,对不同工艺过程条件下铝合金板翅式散热器零件表面状态进行深入分析研究以及低倍观察产品真空钎焊后的钎焊缝状况,发现不同工艺过程条件下生产的产品真空钎焊质量有明显的不同;通过大量的试验和分析,获得了产品真空钎焊工序的最佳工艺过程条件。
wc analyzed changing regularity of the technical process condition in soft Mintab 15, we find if there are more intervals of part after assembling, and there are more higher humidity, and there are more longer leaving time after cleaning part, the quality of vacuum brazing will be worse,and the quantity of leaking part will be more after leaking test. At the same time, researching part surface of aluminum alloy bar plate cooler in different technical conditions and checking the wedding joint after vacuum brazing in low powered microscope, we can find the product produced in different technical process conditions which has clear difference in vacuum brazing quality. After doing many tests and analyses, we get the best technical process conditions of vacuum brazing process of product.
