The Legacy and Preservation of Intangible Culture among Folks in Ningxia——The sculpture art of Yang's family in Longde County

宁夏隆德县杨氏家族雕塑艺术已传承了六代一百多年,现已列入第一批国家非物质文化遗产扩展项目名录。雕塑彩绘、仿木建筑木刻、壁画艺术等门类,是杨氏家族雕塑艺术传承的主体。第四代传人杨栖鹤奠定了其家族雕塑艺术的艺术地位和社会地位。

The sculpture art of Yang＇s family in Longde County in Ningxia has been handed down for 6 generations and over 100 years. It is now listed as one of national intangible cultural heritages extended name list. Sculpture and color painting, imitated architecture wood carving and murals are the main part of the sculpture art of Yang＇s family. Yang Qi - he, an artist of its fourth generation lays the foundation for the artistic position and social status of its sculpture.
