摘要
依据统计调查资料,运用科技活动人员的数量和相对量等指标,分析了宁夏科技活动人员总体现状、分布特点和发展趋势,探讨了宁夏科技人力资源开发利用中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策与建议。
Based on statistics in surveys and applied such index as the number and relative value of scientific working force, this paper analyzed the overall situation, distribution feature and development trend of Ningxia scientific working force. Besides, it explored major problems in the exploration of human resources of Ningxia scientific working force. Meanwhile, corresponding policies and suggestions were also made.
