From the perspective of ontology in Marxist philosophy and based on man＇s practice and perceptual activity, the article attempts to reveal the ontological implications of Marxist concept of nature from three aspects, which are： the original context of nature, the understanding of nature from generation and the ＂possibility＂ significance.
