以灰树花发酵液为主要原料,通过正交试验,确定了灰树花保健饮料的最佳配方为灰树花发酵液添加比例为80%、白砂糖为8g、柠檬酸0.2g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.02g。
A health beverage was developed with fermented Grifola frondos liquid as the major raw material. Through orthogonal tests, the optimum formula of the beverage was determined as follows: fermented Grifola frondos liquid 80%, sugar 8g, citric acid 0.2g, and CMC 0.02g.
