Determination of dexamethasone acetate tablets by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定醋酸地塞米松溶液的含量。方法采用ODS柱（4．6mm×250mm），柱温为室温，流动相：甲醇-水（70：30），流速为1mL·min^-1，检测波长：240nm。结果线性范围4-40μg·mL^-1。平均加样回收率为100．2％。RSD1．06％。结论本法简便、快捷、灵敏。可作为醋酸地塞米松溶液质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of dexamethasone acetate solution. METHODS Analytical column was ODS （4.6 × 250mm）, methanol-water（70： 30） was used as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1mL· min^-1. The detection wavelength was 240nm and the peak area was calculated. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 4- 40 μg· mL^- 1. The average recovery was 100.2 %, RSD was 1.06 %. CONCLUSION The method was proved to be simple, rapid and accurate.
