穿龙骨刺颗粒的薄层鉴别研究

TLC identification on the Chinese herbal medicine particles of Chuanlong-guci

目的本文采用薄层色谱法对穿龙骨刺颗粒进行鉴别测定。方法根据穿龙骨刺颗粒的成分特点,选用适当的展开剂系统,对该制剂中的穿山龙、枸杞子、淫羊藿分别进行定性鉴别。结果穿山龙、枸杞子、淫羊藿药材的特征斑点清晰,分离度良好,阴性样品均无干扰。结论本文所建立的薄层色谱方法能有效地对穿龙骨刺颗粒进行定性鉴别。

OBJECTIVE In this paper, the author applied TLC to the Chinese herbal medicine particles of Chuanlongguci for their identifications. METHODS According to these particle characteristics of their ingredients, the author chose the appropriate spreader system, making the qualitative identification of the preparations from the Chinese herbal medicine Rhizonma Dioscoreae Niponicae, Fructus lycii, Herba Epimedii. RESULTS These Chinese herbal characteristics spots were good and clear seperation, and there was not any interference in these nagative samples. CONCLUSION TLC identification method designed by the author can effectively and qualitatively identify the paticles of Chinese herbal Chuanlongguci.
