HPLC法测定消斑膏中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

Determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Xiaoban ointment by HPLC

目的建立消斑膏中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法HPLC法测定消斑膏中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。选用ODS色谱柱,以甲醇-水(79∶21)为流动相,检测波长270nm。结果此方法线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.4%,相对标准差RSD=0.70%(n=5)。结论此方法简便、快捷、准确,可用于消斑膏的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a content determination method of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Xiaoban ointment. METHODS HPLC was performed to determine tanshinone ⅡA on ODS column, using methanol-water（79 ：21, v： v） as a mobile phase and detection wavelength was at 270nm. RESULTS The linearity of this method was well, and the average recovery was 99.4 %, RSD = 0.70 % （n = 5）. CONCLUSION This method was simple, quick and accurate, and available for quality control of Xiaoban ointment.
