摘要 对筛选出的小球藻的培养方式、培养基中C、N源及生长环境条件等对其生物量的影响进行了较为系统的研究。研究发现:异养培养是最佳的培养方式;碳源以葡萄糖为好,培养基中起始以添加10g.L-1葡萄糖比较适宜;硝酸钾和尿素混合作为氮源供小球藻生长,对小球藻的生长有显著的促进作用,最佳组合为0.6g.L-1KNO3和0.12g.L-1尿素;最适合C/N质量比值为34∶1。 The cultivationmode of C. vulgaris were screened out and the culture medium, cultivate condition and growth conditions for C. vulgaris was studied systematically. Heterotrophic culture took more advantages than autotrophic culture ; as for carbon sources, glucose were better, 10g·L^- 1 glucose was the proper initial concentrations in the medium;KNO3 and carbamid were used as the mix nitrogen sources, which stimulated the cell growth evidently, the best compounding was 0.6g·L^-1 KNO3 and 0.12g· L^-1 carbamid; the most appropriate ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 34 : 1.
