摘要
本文对用硅烷-氢(SiH4/H2)混合气体在铜表面进行化学热处理获得的含硅表层进行了摩擦磨损研究.结果表明,在铜表面生成的含硅层可以降低摩擦系数;在低负荷干摩擦条件下。
Copper samples, treated with SiH 4/H 2 gas mixture under high temperature and coated with intermetallic copper sillicide compound layer, has been studied for its behaviour in sliding wear. The friction coefficient of treated samples is lower than that of pure copper samples. The test results shows that, under dry sliding wear with low normal load, the wear resistance of coating is significantly improved comparing to copper samples. The better wear resistance of copper silicide coating is consistent with its higher hardness and lower plasticity.
