摘要 本文对大同烟煤在热载体固定床(移动床)中的混和传热干馏规律进行了试验研究,获得一系列挥发份气体析出特性曲线和颗粒混和热解的总体传热系数.对煤粒径、热载体粒径及初始温度对混和传热干馏规律的影响进行了分析和讨论.本文所获得的试验结果可供热、电、气三联产成套装置中热载体固定床(移动床)干馏造气炉的工业设计参考使用. This study was undertaken to examine the effect of heat transfer on the gas yield during devolatilization of Datong bituminous coal with solid heat carrier.An experimental apparatus is set up for batch simulation of pyrolysis with solid geat carrier.Extensive experimental research has been completed on this pyrolysis technology.For coal pyrolysis with solid heat carrier in fixed bed,a dominant percentage of the gas product is yielded at the first 2-5 minutes,it would last for as long as 30minutes.Data acquisition and processing were completed with a computer data acquisition unit. The results show clearly that the overall heat transfer coefficients tend to increase with the heat carrier temperature,and decrease with coal particle size and heat carrier size,according to the comparative analysis of the cxperimental data,the overall heat transfer coefficient were correlated.The work provide a solid base for establishing a general heat transfer model applicable to the pyrolysis with solid heat carrier in fixed bed,and are useful in the conceptual design and scale-up the pyrolysis reactor.
