添加剂对硅溶胶结合刚玉浇注料流动性和常温物理性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 以亚白刚玉为骨料、白刚玉为细粉、硅溶胶为结合剂,制成无水泥刚玉浇注料,研究有机酸、碳酰胺和MgCl2对硅溶胶结合刚玉浇注料的流动性和常温物理性能的影响。基质料浆的∈电位分析结果显示,加入MgCl2能急剧破坏基质悬浮体的稳定性,而加入有机酸A能在较大的pH值范围(5~12)提高基质的稳定分散。试验结果表明,有机酸A能改善浇注料的流动性和常温性能,其他添加剂能在一定程度上改善浇注料的常温物理性能。 Using fused corundum as raw materials, silica sol bonded alumina castable was prepared. The effect of additives on the rheological and mechanical properties of silica sol bonded alumina castable was studied. Zeta potential of sol-dispersed alumina slurry with additive shows that organic acid A can improve the stability of alumina in silica sol within a considerable pH extent (from 5 to 12) ; MgCl2 can rapidly reduce Zeta potential of alumina in silica sol and undermine the stability of alumina in silica sol. Addition of organic acid A can improve the workability of the castable, while other additives can improve cold mechanical properties of the castable.
