型材热连轧过程有限元数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 运用有限元软件MSC.MARC及其接触分析技术,准确地模拟出型钢轧区两机架热连轧过程。针对箱-椭孔型热连轧过程,实现了全三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元模拟仿真,获得了型钢热连轧过程中应力场、应变场、温度场的变化特点。结果表明,建立的型钢连轧过程有限元仿真模型合理,能为生产实践提供理论参考。 The causes of scab defects on SS400 hot-rolled strips were analyzed by metallographic analysis. It is found that the scab defects result from the inappropriate technological system of the reheating furnace. After taking such measures as raising the heating load and heating time, improving the temperature uniformity of the CC slab, the rate of scab defects is significantly reduced.
