摘要
提出一种基于CZT变换分段频谱细化的鼠笼式异步电动机转子故障监测和诊断方法。从理论上推导鼠笼式异步电动机转子故障时的电流信号模型,利用CZT变换的分段频谱细化性质,将故障电流信号进行分段频谱细化分析,达到消除电源基波和噪声影响、突出故障特征的目的。同时采用CZT快速精确估计方法估计出故障特征频率成分。通过对样机实测信号进行分析处理,验证了CZT变换的分段频谱细化算法的有效性和优越性。
Fault diagnosis based on subsection spectrum zoom analysis method by CZT for squirrel cage induction motors (SCIM) is proposed. First, the current signal model of SCIM under fault condition is deduced theoretically. Then using subsection spectrum zoom of CZT, the fault current is analyzed to eliminate the effect of power and yawp and to highlight the fault characteristic components. At the same time, a frequency estimation method of CZT which can estimate quickly and accurately the frequency component of fault signal is employed. Lastly, experimental results have demonstrated the effectiveness and advantage of the proposed technique.
