摘要
介绍了用草酸溶液从负载钕的P204和P507有机相中直接反萃取沉淀钕的台架和半工业试验结果。用0.32~0.4mol/L的草酸溶液从钕浓度为0.0533~0.1135mol/L的有机相中直接反萃取沉淀钕,控制沉淀母液中剩余草酸浓度为0.2mol/L,返回使用80%的母液,在接触时间10-40min范围内,获得的Nd2O3纯度〉99.88%,氯质量分数为1.0×10^-2%,非稀土杂质含量符合99.9%Nd2O3产品质量要求。自行研制的三相反萃取槽结构合理,运行稳定,适应性强,级效率大于95%,运行过程中,倾斜板上无固体沉积,槽体内无固体结疤。
The bench and pilot-plant tests for direction stripping and precipitation of neodymium from P204 and P507 loading organic phase by oxalic acid solution are introduced. Concentration of neodymium in organic phase is 0. 053 3-0. 113 5 mol/L. Neodymium is direction stripping and precipitation using oxalic acid solution of 0.32-0.4 mol/L. Concentration of oxalic acid remaining in pregnant antimony solution is controled under 0. 2 mol/L, and the pregnant antimony solution of 80% is recycled, and contact time is in range of 10-40 min,the purity of obtained Nd2O3 is over 99.88%, mass fraction of C1 is 1. 0 × 10^-2%, content of non-rare earth impurities satisfy all requirements of Nd2O3 product quality. Three phase stripping tank developing-self has a reasonable structure, stable operating state and high adaptability. Its stage efficiency is over 95%. During operate,no solid settles on slope board, and no solid scares in the tank.
