摘要
针对油井水泥环抗冲击能力差、层间封隔易失效等问题,系统研究了橡胶粉对油井水泥石力学性能的影响。采用表面活性剂对橡胶粉粒子表面进行亲水处理,解决了橡胶粉粒子在油井水泥浆中的憎水及团聚现象。力学性能测试表明,橡胶粉在油井水泥浆中应用的适宜粒径为0.15~0.18mm,适宜的加量为2%,加量过大不利于水泥石抗压强度和抗折强度的发展。微观研究袁明,橡胶粉粒子部分充填于空隙结构之中,部分充填于水泥晶体颗粒之间,有效增大了油井水泥石受压前期塑性变形能力和受压后期弹性变形能力,当水泥石受冲击力作用时,橡胶粉粒子发生弹性变形将产生力的缓冲并吸收冲击能,从而提高油井水泥石抗冲击破坏的能力。
Considering the problems of oil well cement sheath, including weak capacity against impact loads and failure to isolate zones reliably, the impact of rubber powder on dynamics features of oil cement stone were investigated. Rubber powder processed with surfactant can improve the dynamics properties with 2% dosage and particle diameter between 80 and 100 mesh. More dosage will decrease the cement stone's compressive strength and flexural strength. The research indicates that rubber powder particles partially filled in cement stone's void and partially in cement crystal, which improve the initial anti-plastic deformation and final anti-elastic deformation. Rubber powder will absorb shock energy through elastically deformation when cement stone was impacted, which improve the cement antiresistance properties.
