文章对新时期制约农民收入增长的主要因素进行了探讨,并对城乡一体化发展条件下的贵州农民增收问题进行了再认识,为农民增收提出了对策建议,对解决"三农"问题,建立贵州农民增收的持续快速增长机制具有一定的参考价值。

This passage discusses the main factors concerning the hindrances to the increase in farmers＇income in this period, and drives home the issue under the condition of the integration of urban and rural areas with the purpose to offer sound advice to solution to this issue, which is valuable to the mechanism on the basis of that the income can be increased.
