摘要
本文提出采用热流密度进行机械系统状况监测的新方法.研究了通过热流密度来监测机械系统接触工况和发热状况.实验证明,应用热流密度来进行工况监测比采用温度监测更敏感,同时也能反映更多维的工况信息,具有广阔的应用前景.
A new method based on heat flux density to diagnose the operating states of mechanical system is proposed in this paper. Through the detect of heat flux the mechanical system's contact service condition and thermal situation can be checked successfully The experiments show: heat flux being the time derivative of temperature not only is more sensitive than temperature in monitoring but also can monitor multidimensional responses of a machining environment.
