摘要
水力掏槽是实现严重突出煤层安全快速掘进的有效措施之一,该措施的关键是提高破、落煤的效率。影响水力掏槽破、落煤效率的因素有煤岩的力学性质与围岩压力、射流动力学特征、掏槽操作工艺与管理等因素。应用层次分析法分析,实现定性与定量的转化,计算了因素的权重,确定了煤(岩)强度与水枪初始压力为影响水力掏槽效率的重要敏感因素。分析结果与生产实际吻合良好,为提高水力掏槽效率及其他水力措施提供一定技术支撑。
Hydraulic kerfing is one of the effective approaches for realizing rapid safety drivage in seams tending to undergo severe coal and gas outbursts. The factors influencing the efficiencies of hydraulic kerfing, coal breaking and winning operations involve mechanical properties of coal and rock, pressure of surrounding rock, characteristics of kinetics of water-jet stream, coal slotting process, management, etc. Based on qualitative and quantitative analysis using AHP method and result of calculation of weighting of individual factors, it is revealed that the mechanical strength of coal and rock and initial outlet pressure of monitor are 2 important sensitive factors influencing the efficiency of hydraulic coal slotting. The result of analysis is in good agreement with that of practical operation, providing, therefore, a technical approach for the enhancement of the efficiencies of hydraulic coal slotting and other hydro-mining operations.
