摘要
以扩链剂均苯四甲酸二酐对回收PET进行扩链增黏,从特性黏度和端羧基含量的变化考察了其扩链效果,并用DSC研究了不同添加量的扩链剂对回收PET的热性能的影响。结果表明,该扩链剂对回收PET具有良好的扩链增黏效果,并且当其质量分数为1.25%时,回收PET的特性黏度达到0.813 dL/g,可作为工程塑料使用;且影响PET的冷结晶行为。
Recycled PET was modified with chain extender pyromellitic dianhydride to achieve chain extension and viscosity increasing. The chain extension results were investigated from intrinsie viscosity and carboxyl end group value. The effect of different chain extender addition on the thermal properties of recycled PET was studied by DSC. The results show that the chain extender has good chain extension and viscosity increasing effect, when the mass fration of the chain extender is 1.25% ,the intrinsic viscosity of rPET is 0.813 dL/g,whieh has reached the using request of engineering plastics, and also it has effect on cold crystallizing behavior of PET.
