The basic structure and working principle of AN-9205 filler made in Tianjin Aini Eleotrical and Mechameal Services Ltd. were introduced. The main causes and solutions of unstable states occured in practical application such as trasmission pin fracture of measurement disc main transmission part, mixed ratio unstable were analysed from the view of equipment. The improved bearing fault of A component silo, scheme was put forward to increase the device stability and guarantee the continuous and smooth production.
