摘要
学习的动力问题一直是教育心理学和教学理论及实践关注的最重要领域之一。传统教育方式受教育者直接面对教师和教育管理人员,学习动力的维持相对比较稳定。随着教育信息化程度的不断提高,有越来越多的人需要借助远程教育资源来进行学习。远程学习者大部分都是利用工作之余,并且学习者的层次和特点相差较大。影响远程学习者学习效率的原因颇多,其中学习动力的维持是一个很重要的方面。
The learning motive has always been one of the most important fields of the educational psychology, the teaching theory and practice. In the traditional education the learners directly face the teacher and the education administration personnel, the maintenance of learning motive is relatively stable. Along with the enhancement of the education informationization, more and more people want to take advantage from distance education resources. The majority of long -distance learners study in their leisure time, and learners' level and characteristics are quite different. There are a lot of reasons affecting their efficiency in learning, one of which is the maintenance of learning motive.
