On the Labor Competence and Its Enterprise Education

劳动者素质的现代化是社会现代化的前提条件。人力资源开发程度较低、科学素养偏低和可持续发展能力较低,是目前劳动者素质存在的主要问题。应通过加强人力资源开发、进行创新意识以及能力训练和提供多样化的成人教育套餐来逐步提升劳动者素质。

The modernization of economy lies in the modernization of labor competence. Lower scientific diathesis, underdeveloped exploitation of manpower resource, weaker creation capability and unenlightened development theory are the major problems in economic development. We should gradually promote the labor competence by reinforcing the exploitation of human resource, implementing creative education, providing multiple formula and publicizing the scientific development theory.
