剖宫产术后晚期出血30例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 30 Cases of Late Postpartum Hemorrhage After Cesarean Section

目的:探讨剖宫产术后晚期产后出血发生的时间、病因及防治措施。方法:对2002～2007年30例剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:发病原因依次为子宫切口感染、溃疡,子宫复旧不良,胎盘、蜕膜残留,子宫内膜炎。发生时间以剖宫产术后3周以上占多数,部分病例在6周以上。结论:剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的时间不应局限于产褥期内,其主要病因是子宫切口感染、溃疡。对病因的诊断、防治值得重视。

Objective：To invesitgate the occurring time,pathogenesis,prevention and management of late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods：The data of 30 cases of late postpartum hemorrhage from 2002-2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The causes were infection,ulcer of cesarean incision,subivolution of uterus,retained placenta or deciduas and endometritis in turn.Most cases had hemorrhage over three weeks after delivery,some even over six weeks.Conclusion：Late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section may occur beyond puer-perium and the main causes are infection and ulcer of incision.Diagnosis,prevention and treatment are important.
