老年急性阑尾炎64例临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 64 Cases of Elderly Patients with Acute Appendicitis

目的:分析老年急性阑尾炎临床特点,指导老年急性阑尾炎的正确诊断和合理治疗。方法:对我院64例1998～2006年60岁以上的老年急性阑尾炎患者的临床诊断及治疗分的相关资料收集分析。结果:老年人急性阑尾炎临床表现多不典型,但右下腹固定压痛仍是老年急性阑尾炎诊断的一项重要指标;老年人急性阑尾炎起病急,发展快,阑尾穿孔率高。结论:老年急性阑尾炎极易误诊和误治;早期手术是治疗老年急性阑尾炎成功的关键。

Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with acute appendicitis,to guide the elderly with acute appendicitis correct diagnosis and reasonable treatment.Methods：64 cases in 1998-2006 over the age of 60 elderly patients with acute appendicitis patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment of the relevant sub-analysis of the data collection.Results：The older and more clincal manifestations of acute appendicitis is not typical ,but the righe lower quadrant tenderness remains fixed in elderly patients with acute appendicitis diagnosis is an important indicator,elderly acute onset of acute appendicitis,the developmetn of fast,high rate of perforated appendix.Conclusion：The elderly vulnerable to acute appendicitis misdiagnosed and misuse of govemment;early surgical treatment of elderly patients with acute appendicitis was the key to sucess.
