关节镜清理联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨性关节炎

Joint Clean-up Operation by Arthroscopy Combination With Sodium Hyaluronate Injection for Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨治疗膝骨性关节炎(OA)的方法。方法:利用关节镜清理和关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠(商品名:施沛特)联合治疗膝骨性关节炎。结果:我院对182例(194膝)膝骨性关节炎患者采用关节镜清理与玻璃酸钠(SH)注射联合治疗,取得良好效果。结论:关节镜下清理术后注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎具有损伤小,关节不粘连,术后活动早,关节功能恢复好的特点,两者联合治疗较单纯使用关节清理术的治疗效果明显提高。

Objective：To investigate the treatment of knee osteoarthritis（OA）.Method：Arthroscopic joint clean - up operaton and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate （trade names：Shi Pei Te ）was combined to use in the rteatment of knee osteoarthritis.Results：182 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis（194 knees）in our hospital receivd the treatment of arthroscopy clean-up operation combined with sodium hyaluronate（SH）injection achieved good results.Conclusion：Using the arthroscopic joint clean-up operation combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with a small injury,non-adhesive joints,activities earlier after operation,the restoration of joint function good.Taken the joint therapy than alone a treatment of arthroscopic clean-up operation Improved obviously.
