低分子肝素联合阿魏酸钠治疗脑梗死的临床研究

Clinical Study of Low-molecular-weight Heparin in Combination With Sodium Ferulate in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察低分子肝素(LMWH)联合阿魏酸钠(SF)治疗脑梗死的效果。方法:采用随机分组法将112例患者分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(52例),两组均给予常规治疗。对照组应用低分子肝素5000U,皮下注射,1次/12h,共用10天。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用阿魏酸钠300mg,静脉滴注,共用14天,低分子肝素疗程同对照组。结果:患者神经功能缺损评分(ESS)均有改善,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:低分子肝素联合阿魏酸钠治疗脑梗死疗效满意。

Objective：To study the curative effect of the comebined treatment with Low Molecular Weight Heparin（LMWH）and Sodium Ferulate（SF）for acute cerebral infarction.Mehtods：112 cases with acute cerebral infaction were randomly divided into treatment group （n=60）and control group（n=52）,which were treated with conventional therapy for all ,control group were performed LMWH 500IU.IH.per 12 hours.10 days.treatment group were performed both LMWH and SF,SF300mg,VD,per day,14 days ,while LMWH was still 10 days.Results：ESS showed out great improvement after treatment ,and the improvement in treatmeat group was much greater than control group.Conclusion：The combined treatment with LMWH and SF was effective for acute cerbral infarction.
