摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是影响人类健康的主要疾病之一，虽然对此病的具体发病机制尚未阐明，但临床研究及流行病学已表明，动脉硬化与血脂代谢紊乱密切相关，而且高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（high density lipoprotein cholesterol，HDL—C）水平与心血管疾病的发病率呈负相关，多种资料研究表明，HDL-C具有抗动脉硬化的作用。目前，如何升高HDL—C已成为医学研究重点。
