幽门螺旋杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡患者生长抑素水平的变化

The Study of Somatostatin Level in Patients of Duodenal Ulcer with Helicobactor Pylori Infection

目的:探讨十二指肠溃疡(DU)患者幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染与生长抑素水平变化的相关性。方法:采用14C尿素呼气试验检测Hp,采用免疫放射分析法检测生长抑素(SS)水平。结果:Hp阳性组SS水平显著低于正常对照组和Hp阴性组[(27.69±11.23)vs(78.46±23.67), (49.36±18.54)],p<0.01;Hp阴性组SS水平显著高于正常对照组,p<0.01。结论:Hp感染后引起的SS水平的变化,可能是促发DU发生的重要机制之一。

Objective：To explore the correlation between Hp infection and levels of Somatostation（SS）in patients with duodenal ulcer （DU）.Method：To detect Hp infection by 14C urea-breath test and the levels of SS by immunoradiometricAssay.Results：①the levels of SS in positive Hp group was lower than in negtive Hp group and control group [（27.69±11.23）vs （78.46±23.67）,（49.36±18.54）].Conclusion：Hp infection can cause the change of SS,which is one of important pathogenesis of DU.
